18v battery adaptor / base plate for DIY projects - Makita/Dewalt/Milwaukee/AEG/Ryobi/Bosch/Hilti/Hitachi/Ozito/Milwaukee m12
You asked, we listened, the DIY adaptor plates now available.
Now they are built with injection moulding, making them even more compact and rigid. The wires are sticking out from the back instead of top, so they can be fixed flush onto the wall neatly. We've upgraded the switch (only available on some models) to a larger one as well which can handle 15A constant current. For the most popular Makita/Milwaukee/Dewalt version, we added a courtesy inline fuse holder with a 30A fuse inserts so they are ready to go! You could also replace the fuse inserts to any size you like without having to spend another $7 to buy the fuse base!
It's self explanatory when it comes to how to use it. Plug the battery in, and do whatever you want (apparently not to short the positive and negative) with the 2 sticking wires. You can also apply a dap of glue to the solder points if you are not going to change it in future.
Again, they all come with 1 year warranty, the real 'look after your mate' kind of warranty where you just send pictures show me what's the problem and I'll fix it for you, mostly likely to be a replacement. How does that sound?
